0verload — a product of Nothing But The Prompt Inc. · Effective August 10, 2026
This policy explains what information Nothing But The Prompt Inc. (“we,” “us”) collects when you use the 0verload application (the “o0” command-line tool and workstation) or the website at 0verload.net, and how we use it.
The core of what 0verload does happens entirely on your computer and never leaves it unless you deliberately move it:
This data lives in local folders on your machine (for example, under your Windows
ProgramData and user profile). We have no access to it and it is never sent
to our servers.
Account & license information. After the free trial, using 0verload requires an active subscription. To verify it you sign in with a third-party provider (Google or GitHub). We receive the email address and basic profile identifier from that provider so we can associate your subscription with your account. We do not receive or store your password for those providers.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe handles your card details directly; we do not see or store full payment card numbers. We receive limited billing information from Stripe (such as your email, subscription status, and the last four digits/brand of your card) to manage your subscription.
Technical & usage data. When you visit 0verload.net or when the application checks for updates or verifies a license, our servers and content-delivery provider (Cloudflare) automatically log standard technical information such as IP address, browser or client type, timestamps, and the resource requested. We use this for security, to keep the service running, and for aggregate download/usage counts. 0verload performs a periodic, best-effort update check that contacts our servers to see whether a newer version is available.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your code, files, or memory data for advertising or model training.
We rely on a small number of reputable providers, each governed by its own privacy policy:
We share personal information only as needed to run the service — with the processors above — or when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer. We never sell it.
We keep account, license, and billing records for as long as you have an account and as needed to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, after which we delete or anonymize them. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and diagnostics.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited personal information we hold, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and delegating payment card handling to Stripe. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may cancel your subscription at any time. To make a request, email us at the address below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we honor applicable requests.
0verload is a professional developer tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and post the new version at this URL.
